returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of my items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns and exchanges. All sales final.

I do not accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Any error on my part will be corrected at no cost to you.

I try and accommodate most requests. Depending on the requested change, cost may be incurred.
